Adv. Prachi Gupta
Advocate
ABOUT
Advocate Prachi Gupta leads the firm's family law practice. She represents clients in divorce proceedings under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the Special Marriage Act, 1954, and personal laws, alongside related disputes covering child custody, maintenance, alimony, restitution of conjugal rights, and matrimonial property.
She also has a dedicated practice under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, helping aggrieved persons obtain protection, residence, monetary relief, and custody orders before the Magistrate. Where appropriate, she steers clients toward mediation and negotiated settlement — both before and after litigation has commenced — so families can resolve disputes with less time, cost, and emotional toll.
Advocate Prachi Gupta approaches every matter with discretion and care, recognising that family disputes are intensely personal. Her goal is to protect her client's legal rights while keeping the long-term welfare of any children involved at the centre of the strategy.
